However, the girl at the pharmacy counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. I politely requested her to write the dosage on the medicine strips for easy reference, but she argued and repeatedly told me to check the file. She didn’t even label one medicine strip properly, and when I pointed it out, she again asked me to refer to the file. On top of that, she wrote the instructions so carelessly that they are difficult to understand and could easily cause confusion. Ironically, she justified her refusal by saying patients might get confused and take the wrong dosage, yet her own handwriting has made that very problem more likely! Patients who come for treatment deserve basic courtesy and patience. The doctor was good, but this employee’s attitude needs serious improvement.
