Kaizen Gastro Care proudly organised Pune’s first-ever World Piles Day Walkathon on 16th November 2025, at Durga Tekdi, Nigdi. The event was conducted in collaboration with ACRSI, Poona Surgical Society, Gut Fit Club, Bowel Cancer Foundation, and Lions Club Nigdi. The goal of this large-scale public initiative was to spread awareness about piles (haemorrhoids), promote early diagnosis, and encourage healthy lifestyle habits to prevent anorectal diseases. This event marks a major milestone in Pune’s public health movement and reflects Kaizen Gastro Care’s commitment to community well-being.
The event began as early as 5:30 AM, with more than 200 morning walkers assembling at the base of Durga Tekdi. The atmosphere turned vibrant when a talented group of artists performed an impactful Street Drama (Nukkad Natak) between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM. The performance shared strong messages about:

Through street drama, expert talks, and a mega walkathon, Kaizen Gastro Care has taken a major step forward in promoting a piles-free and health-aware city. This initiative reinforces our commitment to continued community service, public education, and preventive healthcare for all.
